Quotes and callouts

Prices and availability should be confirmed directly before dispatch. A quotation may depend on tyre specification, vehicle, location, time and work required.

Estimated arrival times

Any stated response or arrival time is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Traffic, weather, technician availability, tyre availability and callout location may affect arrival time.

Tyre assessment

A puncture can only be repaired where the technician determines that a repair is appropriate and safe. Where a repair is unsuitable, replacement may be required.

Roadside safety

Customers remain responsible for following appropriate roadside safety precautions. If a vehicle is in an immediately dangerous position, contact the relevant emergency or highway authority.
